So I am seventeen and just got my G.e.d. I want to take online classes for a career but im not sure what I should look at or where to start. I want a good paying career and don’t really care what I am doing just as long as I can get my degree in it online and it pays a decent amount meaning 17$ and up. 15$ is alright as long as its possible to advance. Oh and I live in Kaysville, Utah. Thank you.
-Right now I’m taking classes for surgical technology. I’m hoping that my interest in medicine will favor me a spot in the peace core. I’m not too interested in making a lot or living extravagantly I just want to experience other cultures. My main focus is Thailand. I guess my main question(s)…haha.. any idea of a better career path that would keep me moving through out the world..besides corporate jobs. Also, any references or links to help people travel abroad would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help!

Market specialization. Become the most knowledgeable about your sector or a piece of it and then market those skills.
In order to figure out you career, first you have to have a good understanding of yourself. I mean what things you think you are good at and what you are not. What compromises you will have to make and up to what extent. what are the vacancies that you have to choose among? In other words, may be this seems theoretical a bit, you need to have your own SWOT analysis. A SWOT that really reflects YOU, so don’t share it with anybody (closest friends might tell you that you are fool, as you might probably say after reading this!). If you are to consult someone, then it is your parents only.
Once you know yourself, you can decide on the career, not before and I think careers are not that optional these days so you have to be very flexible in your planning.
One advise, What ever career you choose, which is always hard at the beginning, give yourself a chance and NEVER SURRENDER.

I know that you sign up for a certain amount of years but what happens after that, do you just leave, how do you continue to serve.
I am looking to find a job i have one but i need career advancement and my current job doesn’t have that. I am looking for the job to be FT morning shift, pay $15 and up, all I seem to find is $8-11 in Richmond, VA. Does anyone know of any jobs that I can apply for with the requirments I am looking for. I have alot of experience in Collections & Customer Service.
My favorite subject is anything to do with mathematics like Algebra or Physics and I like chemistry too.
I want to do it in Health because it seems interesting and will keep me busy and good pay too!
But what career/job?
