Career Prospects For Medical Lab Technologists?
I’ve been reading/and hearing about some mixed opinions about opportunities for advancement for medical lab technologists.
Can people in the field describe what the opportunities are like? How often are MLTechnologists “promoted” and are their raises worth it?
I’ve noticed that there’s a shortage in the field, but they pay is still low…is it because people are turned off by the career because it offers low prospects, as in pay, advancement, new projects, etc?
Or is it due to other factors? Any info would be great!

depends on which country u are from ,in some countries for example a doctor is top dollar payed ,and in others its the total contradiction,its the same with lab technicians ,they have a great career if they enroll in research so much work depends on them ,also in genetics
