Does Anyone Know Anything About Online Degree Programs ?
I am looking at taking a managment course online and was wondering which schools were the best. I am looking into AIU and Devry. I have a friend that is going to Devry and she loves it. My husband is currently signed up for University of Phonix online and his education counselor has told him that it is a scam that they charge way to much and that the credits are not tranferable to another school. Does anyone have any suggestions

Most important thing you can do is ensure the school is “accredited”. That having been said, make certain the organization accrediting the school is ALSO legitimate. I have just gone through my own vetting process and have to tell you I thought U of Phoenix was expensive. Check out University of Maryland “University College”. They have an entire online Bachelors and Associates program. A fine school on its own…and not too shabby on your resume. National Louis University and Strayer University. These schools are properly accredited in my area and have online degree programs. Good luck to you and you are doing the right thing. Just confirm the accreditation…
I went to UOP, and spent 1500 per course, it is very expensive because you’re paying twice as much as other universities, but the credit was transferable when I transfered to WSU, they make you take one course which is mandated at UOP and at my new school they just used it as an elective.
just like you’ll have to do in college “READ” its the only way you’ll find out pay and other information. Personely, I would choose somewhere others are going already like your friend.
allied school. im doing medical billing for at home. They are reasonable too. They are online.Check it outhttp://www.medicalbillingcourses.com/
you even get a laptop free..
You are doing the right thing by doing your homework on the various programs. You’re also asking the right questions. I would also recommend Devry.
