Does Anyone Know Of Or Have Experience With Affordable Online Colleges?
I am married with 2 kids and work full time. I do not have the time to physically take classes at a school (the closest community college is an hour away). I want to further my education, but just don’t know where to go. I recently withdrew from an online school for several reasons, including the soaring tuition. Does anyone have any recommedations? What about Western Governor’s University? Thanks!

Western Governor’s University holds a regional accreditation. That’s a good thing! Choosing an online school really depends on the field of study you’re pursuing. Unfortunately, online schools are expensive. Check with local colleges and see if they offer online programs. Since you’d be going through that local college, tuition may not be so high. I’m not sure what kind of degree you want, but Penn Foster College has a really great list and they are not too expensive. They charge an average of $900 a class. I use Penn Foster and I pay $34 a month.
