Certain personality traits either help or hinder your success in careers and advancement. Sales success need outgoing, pursuasive types. Military success needs the ability to follow orders, lead and take calculated risks. Some people must be the boss or be in careers that allow them to work alone. Doing what you like to do or what you do well is probably the best indicator of a personality-career match.
