Will you see a return in investment with a dregree from these online education systems for working individuals? Do employees discount people who get degrees online instead of traditional?

Has Anyone Gotten An Online Degree In Elem. Education? I Need Feedback!!! Please!?

I know someone who already had a job and a position she wanted in mind, talked to her boss about it, took the University of Phoenix online and now she’s got that awesome promotion…
But I also know a girl who did the University of Phoenix, got her degree and still braids hair :(
I guess it’s what YOU make of it and what plans you have in mind. I think if it was a job interview and the ONLY decision was between your degree and a traditional degree, an employer would choose traditional, but if you have skills and determination, I don’t think that would be a deterrent to landing a job.
If it’s what works for you, go for it. Find out the cost first though. I don’t know what the difference is. The girl who braided hair went for free or low income, the girl who wanted the promotion paid full price, but I’m sure had reimbursements through the job.
