How Much Will Army Pay For Officer’s Education?

I talked to an Army recruiter about going in as an Officer and he told me that if I wanted to get a masters or MBA or basically take any class, the Army would pay for 100% of it. Can any Army officer vouch for this?
I am planning to get an MA in Military History through American Military University and then get an MBA through Thunderbird SGM online.

Get your BA and then get ROTC Scholarship. Scholarship pay 100% tuition.
Then apply for Grad school during your junior year. If you are one of the Cadets higher up in the Order of Merit List, you will enter Grad School at the rank of Captain or Major. You will paid the same pay as the Captain or Major, but are only being a student only full time. So your getting to go to school basically
If you already have your BA, hmm I think you could still do ROTC and try to get a ROTC scholarship to pay for Grad School instead

Aside from the GI Bill, the Army will let SELECTED offficers go to grad school as a full time student. Someone said that combat arms cant do this and that is BS. Most general officers come from combat arms and the good performers are encourged to get an advanced degree.
Those not selected to attend full time have other options such as the GI Bill

I can’t vouch for the percent they pay but yes the military is keen for everyone to get advanced education, officer and enlisted.
Your issue will be the time. I suspect getting the MA and MBA would take 6 to 10 years based on what your branch is and how often you might deploy. If you are combat arms it will be a tough slog, but doable.

The most you can get after joining is $81,000 if you qualify for both the GI Bill and six year Army college fund. You will receive almost $2200 a month for 36 months. This is assuming that you enlist for six years; enlist for less and you will get a lower payout. Also, you are entitled to 4,500 a year while serving for tuition assistance. This can be used while still on active duty an anything not used will be forfeited at the end of the fiscal year. Also, if you fail the class while using Tuition Assistance you will have to pay back the cost of the class to the Army.
This is if you come in enlisted. You can go into ROTC or West Point and get college paid for but you have an obligation to serve as an officer for a few years after completion of school. You can use TA as an officer if you have a certain amount of time left in the Army. If you go to college before you come in the Army then you can get up to $65,000 to pay back any loans you made towards college before coming in.
