Pick something that has a direct career path out of it. For example, you go to school for accounting, you'll be an accountant. You go to school for nursing, you'll be a nurse (nurses are BTW in heavy demand right now in the US). I say out of that list, elementary education or economics are best. You can be a teacher or you can be an analyst/consultant. Have you considered accounting, since it kind of falls in line with your other options? Good luck!!
