PostHeaderIcon Is It Possible To Get A Degree Online?

I really need/want to get a degree in some field (unsure yet) but I have to work two jobs and don’t have time to actually go to college. And it seems the only way to afford to live and not have to work two jobs is to get some kind of education.
I looked at the online learning places (Pennfoster) but it seems that those kind of places are not trustworthy and are a waste of time and money.
What is there that I can do at home other than those “certificate” places? Something I can get financial help for. Thanks.

Would You Be Upset If The University You Attend Offers Online Degrees?

It is possible to get a degree online. However, you should know that if you don’t have time to go to college, you don’t have time to go to college online. Online college is another mode of delivering the material, but does not (or should not) take any less time than doing college in the traditional way.
I agree with you that the online colleges are a waste of money. If you are ready to make a commitment to an online program, look into those which are offered by traditional colleges. They tend to be far less expensive than the for-profit places, and they are usually better quality. You would also have an easier time getting financial aid at a traditional college than you would at an online college (although you can’t usually get financial aid if you go part-time).

The website contains lots of information about course lectures being taught in universities. And taking the courses online is for free. I think that it may help you study further even though it is not about online degree.
