Firstly how the hell did you get a FELONY at 13?!?!
Secondly you just simply talk to them and explain how stupid you were at that age and that you have completely turned yourself around. The military usually doesn’t hold anything from 16 and under against you, especially if you have contributed as a citizen since then…..such as playing sports.
My recruiter pulled the sports I did from my county and that helped me because it looks like im doing positive things in my life. But if your still ****** around and getting in trouble then they will use that against you because it will look like you havent changed

The only thing that might work for you is to apply for a pardon and restoration of rights.
Depending on what the conviction was for, even a pardon might not do the trick, but it is worth a try.
Man I am sorry you screwed up your life at such an early age. I hope you can get the pardon and start a long and distinguished military career.

Youre fine. You should be good as long as you explain the situation. My brother was convicted of a felony in junior high school and is now a Marine Corps Officer. Im not sure he even had to tell them.

Youre golden, just make sure youve changed your ways. Based on my experiences, the military is a little rough on misbehavior.

Your juvenile records are supposed to be sealed, The army shouldn’t be able to find that information out. You can also get that conviction expunged from your record, you need a lawyer for that, you can also get a waiver from a army officer, you have to meet with one and they ask you if you are moral enough to join the army and kill women and children and then they will give you a waiver.

A felony as a minor can be expunged.
You might have to hire an Attorney to handle that.
If you have kept your nose clean since then… the court may get rid of it.
A second avenue is to ask the military for a hearing… they can give you a waiver… if they choose.
