To join the US Army, you would need to legally immigrate to the US. You would need to obtain a green card as well. Only then could a recruiter even begin to work with you. Because you would not be a citizen, you could not be an officer, and would not qualify for a security clearance. Therefore, your “job” choices would be VERY limited. What job you qualify for would be based on your ASVAB scores, not what schooling you have had. You would also need to obtain US citizenship before your first term was up (most likely 4 years), or you would not be allowed to re-enlist.
