Can You Do A Home Of Record Move Anytime In Your Military Career?
Well..my fiance is in Iraq and he comes back next month… We are getting married and I know that the militatry will not pay to have my things shipped to his duty station. When he first got stationed at his duty station he never did a home of record move….so can we do this now to move my stuff?
