I’m looking for a really cheap (around $80 a credit hour) online colleges that are regionally accredited include books and everything in tuition. I want to major in Early Childhood Education or Child Development. I also want a Bachelor’s. I am also looking for a college that doesn’t charge (or has a low fee) to evaluate credit transfers from a nationally accredited online college. Also it needs to be one that I have no campus attendance requirements and can start when ever I want.
I recently graduated from a 2 year community college with my Associate Degree of Arts in Education. Since then I have had a baby and I am a stay at home mom. I would like to finish up and obtain my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. I would love to find a program online so I wont have to worry about finding a babysitter all the time for school. I do realize that I will have to do some student teaching and teacher observing.
Anyways, I guess my question is … can anyone give me a good recommendation for a good online program.??
I am working full time and know that the only way for me to attend college would be through an online program. I’ve tried researching different colleges on the internet but it seems that all reviews are biased and written by the colleges themselves. Is there any REAL list of good online colleges. They all seem to be over selling themselves with so much advertising. I want a degree that will really teach me the things I need to know to have confidence to go into the IT field and for it to be a respected degree. Any suggestions of schools? or lists of unbiased online programs? (without “sponsored links” as suggestions)
I work full time so attending a university is not an option. What online courses and schools will give me an accredited degree the fastest way and will not break me financially?
I recently graduated with my associates degree in Graphic Design and in this economy I did not find a job in that field and I cant waste any more time or money so I am going to work for a while with the job I do have and save some money and see where I end up. I was thinking of getting an education degree online to teach high school, I originally wanted to go and teach art but I assume you would need to go to a campus for that, and if I do go back to school I’m definitely going to take the classes online. I wanted to know if there where any bachelors of education programs online that would accept 92 credit hours from another institution.
most online schools are really respected. but i dont think there is a way for me to actually attend a college for this. are there any schools that offer this degree online? if they are strictly online schools are there any that are alright and somewhat respected?
i can’t find any and didn’t know if they existed. When I search the sites it says they do but when I fill out the application for some reason it says graduates program
Currently, I have a serious dilemma I am facing. Very soon I will have my associate’s degree and look to transfer to a 4 year university so that I can earn my bachelor’s degree in education. I work full time as a teacher and I am seeking to gain my certification but, in my area the only university that offers a bachelor’s degree (University of South Carolina Beaufort) offers all of their courses that I need in the morning when I have to be at work. There is no way I can afford to work part time or even worse, go without a job. Does anyone know of any provision that may be available to individuals that have worked in the classroom for sometime that can provide an easier route to teaching or of a reputable school that offers a bachelor’s degree of education online?
University of Phoenix was an option but I have heard so much negativity about the school that now I am not sure.
Thanks in advance for all intelligent responses as anything else will be ignored.
why would you want to?!?! lol. ….most (if not all) colleges/universities have online courses. I would do that instead. A degree from a college/university looks better than a…”phoenix online” degree (or whichever “school” you chose).
My wife is wanting to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary education. However, because she has to work AND go to school at the same time, it makes sense to get a degree online. But, she’s worried about the accreditation and “respectability” of getting an education degree online. In other words, she’s worried about spending all the time getting a degree online then not being able to get a job with it.
I was wondering if anyone has any good (or bad) experiences in getting an Education degree online. Also, what online school did you use? Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks!
