I’d like to educate myself online and am seeking for free course lectures.
I was hired at Ameriprise Financial as a “client services assistant”, which essentially means filling out and filing numerous types of forms and applications, maintaining and updating client databases and information, etc. For someone who is looking to enter the financial field upon graduation, whether into the financial advising field itself or something related, would this be a decent job to get my foot in the door, so to speak?

if someone works with a recruiter for a job in finance, the employer hiring will pay a fee to the recruiting firm when the candidate is placed. Is the fee reflective of a decrease in salary to the candidate. so as to say if the firm hired that same individual without using a recruiter they would have received a salary 25% higher than what they were given since there was a recruiter involved??
I absolutely have to find a job like this. The wage is not a key concern right now.

All of the job boards seem to suck. I find that hardly any of the jobs are for entry level workers. I have a BS in Business Administration (Finance major Accting Minor). I also have a MBA. I have a year of financial services experience and about 5 years of sales experience. What do I do? Also, I live in Louisiana but I am more than willing to relocate.
