Im contemplating a career with the armed forces. Specifically Canada. (We have 2 sea vessels and one of em is named “The Rainbow”…..And it was a hand-me-down from Britain…Canada needs all the help it can get) What are some things that I should look out for and know about? Any education or stuff like that?

I’ve been looking online and going to college tours, but I haven’t found any school in particular that has both a strong music ed. and meteorology program. I’m in love with both fields and really want an opportunity to study them both! i dont have liscense because i cant afford the insurance. i have job but i only make 7 dollars an hour for three hours. its the only job i can get because i dont have a ride to anything else. i can afford maybe fifty dollars a month for school but i cant find anything. ireally want to further my education. I would like to take an online college course to become an RN. I graduated from high school but every college I look into seems to prefer a college education. I work full time and cannot stop to go to school and it seems like there would be at least one school out there that would accept people like me. I have actually been working in the health care field as an EMT and also in a clinical setting for 9 years and have acquired quite a bit of experience. I’m looking into taking Medical Office Receptionist courses, I’ve already have a job at a medical office, and I wanted to further my education, and hopefully I’ll get a raise with it too. I must take three basic classes (Earth Science, Bio Science, and Math) in order to continue in my masters program. I live in Chicago. Anyone have fully accredited schools to recommend? And, of course, the less expensive the better. Also, how do they work? Long semesters? I work from 8am to 6pm with various breaks in between as customary from Sunday to Thursday. I want to upgrade my education level either with a Masters or MBA program. Do you really think that Online education will be accepted across GCC for visa purposes ? has anyone done this ? Will it really be practically educational in your job assignments ? Please help!!! Yes, you can do online classes with a high school education. My advice is to look into the colleges of your choice to make sure that they are accredited. I took classes through Phoenix College, you have to be dedicated and willing to work because most of your work will done on your own. It is not like having a conversation with your classmates when you don’t understand something, you have to do a lot of writing (research papers) because that is the only way for your professor to know how well you understand the material. I would like to know what would be my best choice for a laptop and all the hardware I would need. |
