What should I do now, and later to prepare for a business career?
I am a 9th grader and would just like to know, that if I am interested in Business as my career, what should I do to prepare myself for it? I am trying to take all the Business classes offered at my school but there has to be something more. Can anybody tell me an outline as to what I should do to prepare? Any type of business dealing, owning and operating, franchises, just overall dealing with multiple companies and earning the big money. I know that if I want it, I can do it if I put my heart and soul into it, just tell me how.

The best way is to work for different types of companies that you are interested in owning and learning all you can about them.
You are smart to start thinking about this now.
I would suggest also that you get a collage level textbook on Marketing and read it completely through.
YOu need to have a great knowledge of two things:
MARKETING and MANAGEMENT and the way to start to get this knowledge is to go to a local collage bookstore and get these two textbooks and READ them, every word. Don’t skip the one on marketing. It is just as important if not more so than the one on management.
