You can never say what is best, basicly it is never a good idea to change companies every year, because u never know what u can achieve, and it doesnt look too good in your Resume.
You can always choose better:)
Do your research, be in the position of the wanted!!http://secretico.com/Yjobs.php
and know what u want – career advancement tends to be longer than a year or two

Get an advance degree. Use it to advance yourself in either your current company or if nothing is available look elsewhere. Never wait to be promoted. Show you are a go-get-er and make things happen for yourself.
